For all these countries, shipping costs are €3.99 and delivery is free for purchases over €70. Delivery time is estimated between 4 and 11 business days depending on the destination.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

After your order is confirmed, it is sent to one of our shipping centers.

I ORDERED SEVERAL ITEMS AND ONLY RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER, IS THIS NORMAL?

To reduce delays, items may be shipped separately when they are ready.
The rest of your order will be delivered in the following days.

I RECEIVED A DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEM, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH MY ORDER, CAN I GET A REFUND?

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
