Home delivery usually takes 4 to 11 business days, depending on the destination country.

  • For orders under €70, delivery fees vary by destination country.
    The exact amount is shown at the time of payment, before confirming the order.

Can I pay in installments?
Yes, payment in installments is available:

  • 3 installments with Klarna

  • 4 installments with PayPal

These options are offered subject to customer eligibility, as determined by the payment providers.

🔄 Returns & refunds

Can I return an item?
Yes, you have 14 days after receiving your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance with European regulations.

Return conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless there was an error on our part.

When will I be refunded?
Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving and verifying the return.
